Bu ra\u011fmen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu tatil g\u00fcnlerinin \u00fccretleri i\u015f\u00e7iye \u00f6denmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ancak, buna ra\u011fmen, bu tatil g\u00fcnlerinde i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rsa, o g\u00fcn\u00fcn normal (ayl\u0131k) \u00fccretini alan i\u015f\u00e7i ayr\u0131ca her g\u00fcn i\u00e7in g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir tam \u00fccret daha almal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KANUN MADDELER\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4857 Say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanununda hafta tatili ve di\u011fer tatiller a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibi tarif edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hafta tatili \u00fccreti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Madde 46 &#8211;<\/strong> Bu Kanun kapsam\u0131na giren i\u015fyerlerinde, i\u015f\u00e7ilere tatil g\u00fcn\u00fcnden \u00f6nce 63 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddeye g\u00f6re belirlenen i\u015f g\u00fcnlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131 ko\u015fulu ile yedi g\u00fcnl\u00fck bir zaman dilimi i\u00e7inde kesintisiz <strong>en az yirmid\u00f6rt saat<\/strong> dinlenme (hafta tatili) verilir.<br><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmayan hafta tatili g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7in i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan bir i\u015f kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n o g\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fccreti tam olarak \u00f6denir.<\/strong><br>\u015eu kadar ki;<br>a) \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde kanunen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinden say\u0131lan zamanlar ile g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fccret \u00f6denen veya \u00f6denmeyen kanundan veya s\u00f6zle\u015fmeden do\u011fan tatil g\u00fcnleri,<br>b) (De\u011fi\u015fik: 4\/4\/2015-6645\/35 md.)
